    1. Most Theme Park books I get really into and then kind of lose interest half way through. With all the amazing photographs and quick stories, this truely is a wonderful treasure that all theme park fans should have in their collection. The story of the farm, the boysenberry, the theme park, all amazing and fantastic. Makes me love Knott's Berry farm even more.The only question I have is, why did the Knotts create the Snoopy theme park over at the Mall of America, and why haven't I heard of it?

    2. As a young tyke growing up in the Los Angeles area, my mother's employer would have an annual company appreciation event at Knott's Berry Farm. Admission was free and you could spend the whole day at the Farm. I have many fond memories of those events and other family outings to Knotts. Merritt's Knott's Preserved is a slender volume with many great photographs and stories regarding the transformation of a large working berry farm into the United States third most visited theme park.     3. Fantastic book! Great addition to any theme park aficionado's book collection. I couldn't put this book down once I started it. Between the gorgeous nostalgic photos to the great history behind the park, I loved this book.I haven't been to Knott's Berry Farm in probably fifteen years, but I'm planning a trip now, thanks to this book.
